Coaching and supporting Staff play an important role in the training and momentum of the teams in IPL. As the 17th season of the IPL is just around the corner we can witness there’s a lots of shifting and changing in the coaches and supporting staff around the teams of IPL 2024. As we have seen that RCB has announced Andy Flower as it’s new head coach for the IPL 2024 , we can safely assume that the rumours about Royal Challengers Bangalore replacing Mike Hesson and Sanjay Bangar their coaches from last season with someone New. Andy Flower was the coach of the Lucknow Super Giants Last season and will be seen in RCB now. While the position of head coach at LSG is empty , they approached Justin Langer for the position of Head coach for this season of the IPL. Justin has a great experience in T20 cricket.
