SBI PO Bank Salary Structure

The basic salary structure of SBI PO position is rupees 41960/- with four advance increments. The salary of a probationary officer 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840 compensation size as per revised Bipartite settlement after four advance increments. In simplified words the basic salary of PO will be 36,000 rupees with an increment of rupees 1490 for next 7 years. In the next year the basic pay will be 46430 with an increment of 1740 for the next 2 years and so on. The highest basic salary of PO position in SBI Bank can increase up to 63,840 rupees. From the basic salary of rupees 65780/- monthly reductions will be done such as PF contribution of rupees 4196/-, income tax professional tax contributory pension fund etc. After all deductions the probationary officer will get a salary of rupees 52820/- in hand. SBI PO Bank In-Hand Salary

With the basic pay of 41960 the probationary officer will get a salary ranging from 52,000 to 55,000 rupees per month in hand. The gross compensation will be ranging from 8.2 lakhs to 13.08 lakh annually. Besides the basic payment the probationary officer will get allowances for lease rental HRA, DA, medical, CCA and other allowances. The amount of the allowances will be depending upon the location of job posting. 

 

SBI PO Salary Increment

SBI PO Job Profile & Promotion

Candidates who will be selected for the State Bank of India probationary officer post will be called for training to prepare for the job. And they will be learning about basic banking knowledge to join as probationary officer. All the selected candidates will have to sign a bond of rupees 200000 and to serve the bank for at least 3 years of time frame at the joining. After the probation period, the bank will promote selected candidates to the position of Junior Manager Grade Scale 1.
