Union Public Service Commission UPSC has released the official notification for conducting the combined defence services examination (ll) on their official website Union Public Service Commission offers many courses for Indian military forces through this exam.Â
This examination helps candidates to get into Indian military academies, l academy offices training academies and Air Force wings across the country. Interested candidates can fill out the form between 15 May and 4th June 2024 on the UPSC CDS portal. Male and female candidates are eligible to apply for this examination.

Age Limit
The minimum age to apply for UPSC CDS is 20 years and candidates above 24 years cannot apply for this examination. Age relaxation may be given to the schedule cast for the schedule tribe according to the authority rules.Â

UPSC CDS release notification on 15th May 2024. According to their official document registration for UPSC CDS starts from 15 May 2024 and the last date for the registration will be 4 June 2024. A candidate Chand corrects and pays the exam fees till 11 June 2024. UPSC CDS will take their exams on 1st September 2024.

UPSC CDS II Selection Process
Phase 1: Written Exam.
Phase 2: Interview.
Phase 3: Document Verification.
Phase 4: Medical Examination
A candidate will have to give a written examination that will be varied according to the post and the mark again by the candidate in the written examination will decide whether a particular candidate can proceed to the next phase or not. After clearing phase 1 candidate will have to give an interview that is conducted by service selection board centres.
