1. Yogurt and honey mask

Yogurt contains lactic acid which acts as a natural exfoliant that helps remove dead skin cells. Honey has antioxidants that help reduce inflammation and pain.


How to use: Take 1 tablespoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of yogurt. Blend it to make a fine paste. Then apply the paste in the form of a mask and let it sit for around ten minutes. Rinse off the face with lukewarm water.  



2. Tea tree oil

Tea tree is widely used in Australia for treating wounds and scars. It is a natural antiseptic and also contains antibacterial features that help to cure skin infections, sores, scars, etc. 


How to use: Pour a few drops of tea tree oil into your palm. Apply the oil to your face and the area affected with pimples. Then take some lukewarm water in a container and soak some cotton pads in it. Now gently wash off the extra oil from your face. Keep doing this periodically for better results.



3. Iced green tea

Green tea is beneficial for drinking as well as for applying it to the skin. It contains catechins which are a group of polyphenol antioxidants. Antioxidants help in curing pimples by reducing sebum production.


How to use: Take some green tea bags dip them in a cup of warm water and leave it for some till the whole flavour is extracted. Once the flavor is extracted, take out the tea bags from the cup. Now pour the tea on an ice tray and put it to freeze. Once the ice cubes are ready gently rub it on your face. Steam your face well beforehand, that will help in opening the pores. Coconut water is very beneficial in keeping the skin lively. It contains antioxidants and cytokinins which are beneficial for healing scars on the skin. It also helps in reducing acne, pimples as well as skin sagging. 



How to use: Take a bowl of fresh green coconut water. Now take a few cotton pads and soak them in the coconut water. Now wipe the full face with the soaked cotton pad. Rinse your face after 5 minutes with lukewarm water. Keep following the process to find the difference.


5. Applying Aloe Vera

9. Methi seeds with rosewater
