How to get Bhoomi RTC in Bhoomi Portal?

If you want to get the RTC online, then here are the steps that you should follow-

  • Visit the official website of Karnataka Online Land Records Bhoomi, which is https://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/
  • On the homepage, navigate to the i-RTC button.
  • On the next webpage, you have to login to the account. If this is your first time, then click on “Guest option”.
  • Enter your personal details like name, 10 digit mobile number, mail id and Aadhar Card Number.
  • Carefully check all details and process the page .
  • On the next web page, there is an application form.
  • Enter your details like District, Taluk, Hobli, Village, Survey number, Surnoc, Hissa number, Validity RTC
  • Carefully check all details and click on the fetch details button.
  • Now, your related land record appears on the screen. 
  • To check RTC, click on the view RTC option.
  • After viewing the RTC page, you can pay and download it. You have to pay 10 Rs to download your RTC document.
  • Select the related option and click on the pay button.
  • You can pay through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, etc. Remember, the payment page will be redirected to the SBI online page.
  • Once your payment is done, your RTC will be shown in PDF format, which you can download and use in future too.

  • Visit the official website of Karnataka Online Land Records Bhoomi, which is https://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/
  • On the homepage, navigate and click on the VIew RTC and MR option.
  • On the next webpage, there are three options available like Current Year, Old Year, MR, mutation Status. You need to select an option according to your needs.
  • After selecting the desired option. A form will appear.
  • Enter all the required details like District, Taluk, Hobli, Village, Survey Number, Surnoc, Hissa no Period, Year.
  • Check all entered details and click on the Fetch details button.
  • All the details related to land record will appear on the screen.
  • To view RTC, click on view RTC option. You can also Save RTC in image format.
