Existing since 1957, the Tehri Garhwal Lok sabha constituency located in the state of uttarakhand is one of the 5 parliamentary constituencies in Uttarakhand. It includes 3 districts namely that of Tehri Garhwal, Dehradun and Uttarkashi. It comprises of fourteen Vidhan Sabha segments or the legislative assembly segments. On 4th of june 2024 the Election commission of India declared the results of Lok sabha General elections 2024. As we all know ________ Party has managed to secure the majority of seats and will be forming the union government. Three majority parties namely BJP, INC, BSP and one independent candidate known as Bobby panwar contested the 2024 Tehri Garhwal Lok sabha constituency elections. The major turnout was calculated to be 53.76%.

This party was founded by Kanshi Ram in 1964, this Indian political party believed that the 85% of the total population of India consisted of Bahujans. Maya Rajya Laxmi from the Bharatiya Janata party secured the majority of 64.53% votes and won the MP seat for the Tehri Garhwal constituency defeating Pritam Singh of the Indian National Congress.
