RSMSSB  Rajasthan CHO Eligibility Criteria 2024

 

For the post for RSMSSB CHO in Rajasthan there are few requirements that are needed to be eligible to appear in the exam. The service selection board will reject the candidature if these conditions are not met properly.

Age for RSMSSB CHO

To be eligible to give the CHO Rajasthan Exam the candidate must be between 21 to 40 years of age. There is also age relaxation available for different categories such as SC,ST,OBC,MBC,EWS Males of Rajasthan, PWD and UR Women have the 5 years of age relaxation.  SC,ST,OBC,MBC,EWS Females of Rajasthan and ESM  have the age relaxation of 10 years.  So make sure to check it accordingly.

 

Educational Qualification for Rajasthan CHO

To be eligible for the exam of Rajasthan CHO a candidate must have done B.Sc. in Community Health/ Nurse (GNM or B.Sc)/ Ayurveda Practitioner (BAMS) from a recognised university or must have a Certificate of registration with the Rajasthan Nursing Council / Board of Indian Medicine, Rajasthan. Any student who is following these criterias will be eligible to appear in the exam. So make sure to check this before filling the form.

 

Nationality for RSMSSB CHO

As per the official notification of RSMSSB candidates must fulfil one of the following nationality criteria in order to be eligible for the exam of Rajasthan CHO.

• A subject of Nepal, Bhutan
• A Tibetian refugee who arrived in India before the 1st of January 1962 with the intention of settling permanently in India.
• Migrants to India permanently from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries Kenya, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam.

Number of Attempts

As per the Rajasthan Staff Selection board there is no limit on the number of times an applicant can apply for the exam. They are eligible for appearing in the exam until they attain their age limit. So you can can give exams every year until you attain your maximum age.

Experience

As per the latest notification from Rajasthan Staff Selection Board . Has not specified the number of years of experience needed to be eligible to give the exam. However they have said that persons with experience are welcome. Which means both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible for the exam.

RSMSSB CHO Rajasthan Annual Package

The annual salary of the CHO in Rajasthan is around 4 lakh per annum. Along with it the selected candidates will also receive monthly allowances and incentives once their probation period is over.

RSMSSB CHO Rajasthan Additional Perks and Allowances

The candidates who will be appointed for the NHM CHO Rajasthan post will receive a set of allowances along with the basic salary as prescribed by the NHM Rajasthan. Candidates selected for the 06-month Certification Course will be paid TA/DA and earn a stipend for the duration of the course only once the course is complete. The following benefits will be available to candidates:

• TA/DA and payment will be provided to candidates for a six-month term.

• Fees for bridge courses
• Transportation to and from the practicum
