ED ने दो घंटे की पूछताछ के बाद दिल्ली सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल को लिया हिरासत में

दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को दिल्ली शराब नीति मामले में प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने गुरुवार को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। अरविंद केजरीवाल को ईडी ने गिरफ्तार करने के बाद आम आदमी पार्टी ने स्पष्ट किया है कि वह मुख्यमंत्री पद से त्याग पत्र नहीं देंगे। आप नेताओं ने कहा कि अरविंद केजरीवाल मुख्यमंत्री थे और मुख्यमंत्री रहेंगे। एक तरफ जहां आम आदमी पार्टी लगातार भाजपा और केंद्र सरकार पर निशाना साध रही है तो वहीं गिरफ्तारी को लेकर भाजाप और कांग्रेस समेत कई विपक्षी नेताओं ने टिप्पणी की है।

बता दें कि ईडी के 6 से 8 अधिकारी सीएम केजरीवाल के घर पहुंचे थे, ईडी की टीम 10वां समन देने आई थी. ईडी इसके पहले भी सीएम केजरीवाल को 9 समन दे चुकी थी. आज यानी 21 मार्च को केजरीवाल को 10वां समन दिया गया है । सीएम आवास पर ACP रैंक के कई अधिकारी पहुंचे थे. इसके बाद ईडी के जॉइंट डायरेक्टर ने सीएम केजरीवाल से पूछताछ की. सीएम से पूछताछ पीएमएलए की धारा 50 के तहत की गई. इसी दौरान ऐसी आशंका जताई गई थी कि ईडी केजरीवाल को अरेस्ट कर सकती है । लिहाजा सीएम आवास के आसपास बैरिकेडिंग कर दी गई थी. ईडी ने 2 घंटे तक केजरीवाल से पूछताछ की ।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंची AAP की लीगल टीम

उधर सीएम अरविंंद केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी के खिलाफ आम आदमी पार्टी की लीगल टीम सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंच गई है। सीएम अरविंंद केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी के खिलाफ याचिका दायर कर दी गई है। हालांकि अभी तक यह स्पष्ट नहीं है कि इस मामले में सुनवाई होगी या नहीं।

AAP कार्यकर्ताओं का प्रदर्शन, सड़क पर लेटे

सीएम अरविंंद केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी के विरोध में कार्यकर्ता लगातार प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। ये कार्यकर्ता सड़क पर जमे हैं और लगातार गिरफ्तारी का विरोध कर रहे हैं। पुलिस इन्हें हटाने के लिए कार्यकर्ताओं को हिरासत में ले रही है।

दिल्ली सीएम आवास पर आने-जाने वाले रास्ते बंद

ईडी की टीम ने सीएम केजरीवाल से पूछताछ शुरू करने के साथ ही सीएम आवास की ओर आने जाने वाले सभी रास्तों को बंद कर दिया था। सीएम आवास के बाहर रैपिड एक्शन फोर्स, पुलिस बल और सीआरपीएफ तैनात कर दी गई थी।

केजरीवाल को हिरासत में लिए जाने के बाद बीजेपी के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता संबित पात्रा ने कहा, “अरविंद केजरीवाल के आवास के बाहर हाई वोल्टेज ड्रामा चल रहा है। भ्रष्टाचार का जश्न चल रहा है. अगर उनकी आबकारी नीति इतनी अच्छी थी तो उसे रद्द क्यों किया गया?

अरविंद केजरीवाल पर आरोप?

शराब नीति मामले में बीआरएस नेता के कविता की गिरफ्तारी के बाद 18 मार्च को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने पहली बार आरोप लगाया कि मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल इस मामले में साजिशकर्ता थे।

ईडी प्रवक्ता ने सोमवार को आरोप लगाया, “ईडी की जांच से पता चला है कि के कविता ने अन्य लोगों के साथ मिलकर दिल्ली उत्पाद शुल्क नीति के निर्माण और कार्यान्वयन में लाभ पाने के लिए अरविंद केजरीवाल और मनीष सिसोदिया सहित AAP के शीर्ष नेताओं के साथ साजिश रची थी। इन एहसानों के बदले में वह AAP के नेताओं को 100 करोड़ रुपये देने में शामिल थी।
