Start by cleaning the temple or puja area. Decorate the temple with the flowers and lights. Place a picture of the idol of Lord Rama.

Now, establish a Kalash Sthapana. Fill A kalash with water, adorned with mango leaves and a coconut on top.

Begin your puja by Bathing the idol or picture of Lord Rama with Panchamrit, a mixture of milk, yoghurt, honey, ghee, and sugar. Chant the mantra while bathing the idol or picture.

Clean the idol and keep it in the place.
