A day after taking office, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu assigned portfolios to his Cabinet of 25 ministers. Naidu kept Law and Order. Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan got Panchayati Raj. Nara Lokesh handles HR Development. Anitha Vangalapudi manages Home Affairs. Satya Kumar Yadav oversees Health. Payyavula Keshav got Finance.

Earlier Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu announced the formation of his new Cabinet, comprising 24 ministers alongside himself. The diverse cabinet represents various communities and regions of the state, aiming to address the diverse needs of Andhra Pradesh.

Composition of the Cabinet

The newly formed cabinet boasts a diverse representation, with members hailing from different backgrounds. Among the 25 ministers, there are 12 from the Other Category, 8 from the Backward Class, 2 from the Scheduled Caste, one from the Scheduled Tribe, and one Muslim representative. Additionally, the inclusion of three women ministers reflects the government’s commitment to gender diversity and inclusion.
